Combine 1/2 cup of icing mix with 2-3 teaspoons of water (less water for a thicker consistency and more water for a thinner/runnier consistency) 2. Mix well by hand until powder is incorporated and desired consistency is achieved 3. Add more water to thin icing or more powder (in 1/2 teaspoon increments) to thicken the icing
