The Roberts Edible Craft CMC Powder is a great addition to icing pastes and fondants! CMC powder is the chemical version of the naturally found gum tragacanth, helping fondant harden better when creating shapes. This powder is used to give rolled fondant the gum paste like qualities to be made into bows, flowers, figures, or decorative accents so that the fondant will dry and set as the intended shapes. When using this powder, follow the rule of one to two teaspoons per 500g of fondant. Find everything you need for edible creations with our Roberts Edible Craft range. Browse Spotlight in-store or online today and discover the full range of fondants, perfect for making your cakes as beautiful as they are delicious!
